Sliding Door Conversions
Craftsmen Hardware's French Door Hardware looks great on any kind of french door. The conversions for sliding doors will fit most major manufactured French doors. The trim set from the sliding door to be converted must be sent to Craftsmen Hardware Company to ensure a correct fit. Craftsmen Hardware can not otherwise convert sliding door hardware correctly. Please state the name of your sliding door manufacturer when ordering.
Please note that the size of the door conversion plates may vary depending on the factory trim sent in by the customer.
